          Manage Loyalty Program Members

          Manage Loyalty Program Members

You can manage and view the program details of members, the tier that members belong to, the program currencies that members hold, member transactions, and benefits.

          Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in EnterprisePerformance, Developer, and Unlimited Editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.

You can also perform manual actions such as adjust points or change a tier for individual members or a group of members. For example, if you want to award more bonus points to all members enrolled on a specific date, select the members from the member list view, and adjust the points in bulk. You can perform bulk actions for up to 200 members.

          Note
Note If you create a currency after currencies have already been assigned to members, you must manually create the associated Loyalty Member Currency records.
          • Adjust Points
Use Adjust Points to manually adjust member’s credited or debited points. The adjustments happen in real time.
          • Change a Member Tier
You can change a member’s tier manually from the loyalty program member list view or record page. These changes happen in real-time mode.
          • Issue Vouchers to Members
You can issue a voucher for a member from the Loyalty Program Member Record page.
          • View Member Benefits
You can view member benefit details, the status of benefits, and the records created or updated by Benefit Actions.
          • Merge and Unmerge Memberships
You can merge the memberships of two active loyalty program memberships. For example, you can merge duplicate memberships that are created by mistake or two or more memberships of an existing member. If two memberships are merged by mistake or if a member wants to separate their merged memberships, you can unmerge the memberships.
          • View Promotions Categorized by Member’s Eligibility
Loyalty program managers and customer service reps can use the Promotion Eligibility component on Loyalty Program Member records to view members’ eligibility for promotions. The component categorizes promotions that members are enrolled in, are eligible for but not enrolled in, and are ineligible for. The component also provides users access to list views that users can use to enroll members in eligible promotions.
          • Membership Change Tracking
Create Loyalty Membership Lifecycle records to track membership change events. For example, you can track the duration and the validity of subscriptions or tiers that members have purchased.
          • View Member Information from Any Salesforce Application
Use Loyalty Member Profile component to display loyalty member information on the Contact or Account records. Or use them on any other records that have a lookup relationship with the Contact or the Account object, for example, Case records.
          • Record Alerts in Loyalty Management
Notify your customer service reps whenever you want the reps to act on a change in a member’s profile or on a new transaction journal. For example, you can alert a rep to issue a voucher on a member’s birthday or to validate a transaction that’s above the average transaction value for a member.
