you can merge duplicate memberships that are created by mistake or two or more memberships of an
existing member. If two memberships are merged by mistake or if a member wants to separate their
merged memberships, you can unmerge the memberships.

Points to Consider Before Merging or Unmerging Memberships Loyalty Program Member records can be merged and unmerged only when the records match a set of predefined conditions. Review the conditions before you use actions in Flow Builder to automate membership merging and unmerging.
Merge Memberships Use the Merge Loyalty Program Memberships action in Flow Builder to merge a source membership and a target membership. After the merge is completed, the status of the source membership changes to Merged while the status of the target membership remains active.
Unmerge Memberships Use the Unmerge Loyalty Program Memberships action in Flow Builder to unmerge a loyalty program membership. The action unmerges memberships that are in the Merged status from the membership that it was previously merged with. After a membership is unmerged, the membership is returned the tier, points, and vouchers, transaction journals, and ledgers that belonged to the membership before the merge.
Set Up a Quick Action to Merge Memberships By Using a Template Flow The Merge Loyalty Program Membership screen flow automates the process of merging memberships and assigning eligible benefits to the target membership. To enable customer service representatives to merge memberships easily, add the flow to Loyalty Program Member records as a quick action.
