Please review these critical milestones and dates related to Essentials end of life and migration to Pro Suite.

Upgrade notification: all orgs |
End of July, 2026 Represents the final date of the phased notification rollout, by which all Essential orgs will have access to the upgrade notification banner. |
End-of-Renewal (EOR) |
August 18, 2026 Represents the last date you can renew your Essentials subscription. |
Consent deadline |
End of your contract term or August 18, 2026 (whichever date is earlier). Represents the last date to provide in-app consent to upgrade to Pro Suite. If you don’t consent by this date, you will lose access to your org and data. |
End-of-support (EOSp) |
September 18, 2026 Represents the last date you can receive technical support, critical security patches, and so forth for your Essentials org. |
Essentials Help retirement |
Mid-October, 2026 Represents the last date Essentials Help will be published. |
