          Omniscripts (Managed Package)

          For the managed package runtime, an Omniscript is an omnichannel customer engagement and a business tool built on the Salesforce platform. Omniscripts allow you to craft dynamic customer interactions without code and deploy to multiple channels and devices. You can define a script once and then deploy the script within a Salesforce application or on a web page.
