Member Engagement Widgets

Engage with members of your loyalty program and your customers on your company’s website and external portals by using member engagement widgets. Create widgets by using widget templates provided by Loyalty Management and customize the widgets based on your company’s branding and design requirements. You can configure your widgets by using either the Widget Designer within the Loyalty Management app or the OmniStudio’s Flexcard Designer.

  The member engagement widget templates in Loyalty Management are based on Omnistudio Flexcards. You can deploy widgets on your company’s website or external portals by using OmniOut. Install Omnistudio and OmniOut in your org before loyalty program managers create and customize widgets.
• Loyalty Widget Designer
  Loyalty Widget Designer is a point and click canvas that lets you customize the widgets that you’ve cloned by using the widget templates. After you customize your widgets, you can preview, activate, and download the widgets.
• OmniStudio FlexCard Designer
  Customize Loyalty Member Engagement widget templates by using OmniStudio FlexCard Designer. To add components to or remove components from a widget, use FlexCard Designer.

  The Member Engagement Widgets templates in Loyalty Management can be cloned and customized by using Loyalty Widget Designer within the Loyalty Management app or by using OmniStudio’s FlexCard Designer. Each widget template has personalized content and design. Modify the content and the design as per your requirements.

  Use Loyalty Widget Designer to customize the look and feel, and text of a widget. To use custom components or data of your choice, use the Apex classes of the widget templates based on your requirements. To add a custom icon or a new merge field in the widget, customize the widget’s Apex class to update the widget.
