          • Proactive Asset Service
            Move beyond reactive repairs and embrace a predictive approach to asset maintenance. Proactive Asset Service combines the power of Data Cloud, Tableau, and Service Cloud to give your service teams actionable insights into asset health. By monitoring an asset's age, usage, and maintenance history, the solution calculates an overall health score that allows your team to anticipate issues and address them before they lead to costly downtime, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
          • Proactive Asset Service (CRMA)
            The Asset Health Score indicates the overall condition and performance of an asset. Use this metric to understand the current state of your assets and predict potential issues before they become critical. The Proactive Asset Service creates the Asset Health Score dashboard and related Calculated Insights (CIs). The combination of customer data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and AI help your service team improve operations and reduce costs.
          • Asset Health Score Dashboard
            Proactive Asset Service monitors asset usage, age, and maintenance history to assign an asset an overall health score. The score is based on the Recent Repairs KPI, Total Usage KPI, and Asset Age KPI calculated insights. Based on the score, the insight is also assigned a badge, Looking Good, Warning, or Critical, to help quickly assess the asset’s performance.
          • View the Asset Health Score on a Mobile Device
            The Asset Health Score dashboard uses CRM Analytics to provide an overview on the health of your assets. Mobile workers can use the asset health score to assess the asset’s performance and identify and prioritize which assets should be addressed first.
