            Point Balance Calculation

            The point balance calculation job calculates and updates a member’s point balance by aggregating the points for all qualifying and non-qualifying currencies credited to the member since the job was last run.

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management - Growth or Loyalty Management - Advanced

            The out-of-the-box jobs for point balance calculation in Data Processing Engine are:

            Note The out-of-the-box Data Processing Engine definitions assume that only they update member point balances in batches. If your org is customized to update member point balances in real time, ensure that these definitions ignore the Ledger records that were already processed.
            • Credit Non-Qualifying Points to Members 
            • Credit Qualifying Points to Members
            • Credit Non-Qualifying Points to Members
              The Credit Non-Qualifying Points to Members job calculates and updates a member’s points balance. This process aggregates the points for all non-qualifying currencies credited to the member since it was last run.
            • Credit Qualifying Points to Members
              A Credit Qualifying Points to Members job calculates and credits qualifying points to members. This process credits points awarded to the member since it was last run.
