            Private Folder

            By default, each Quip site member has a Private folder. When you create a document, it appears in your Private folder.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Quip desktop app, Quip iOS mobile app, and Quip on web

            Private Folder Access

            You can’t share your Private folder, but you can share documents within your Private folder.

            Important
            Important Sharing a document in your Private folder doesn’t move the content out of your Private folder.
