            Restrict Access to a Folder

            Keep the content in a folder private, or share it only with certain people.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Quip desktop app, Quip iOS mobile app, and Quip on web

            When you create a folder, the documents in the folder are shared with all the members of the parent folder by default.

            1. Open the folder.
            2. Click Share, and then click Manage.
            3. Turn on Restrict Folder.
