          Example
          Example

You use a spreadsheet to manage your sales, with columns for Region, Sales Rep, and Revenue. You want to group records for each region together, with regions sorted alphabetically. Within each region, you also want to sort Revenue from highest to lowest.

In your spreadsheet, set up a custom sort to sort by Region and then by Revenue. Use the first row for headers to make it easier to select the columns that you want to sort by.
