Aggregate transactions, transform orders, calculate rebate payouts, and perform other
data processing operations by using Data Processing Engine (DPE). Automate the rebate payout

preconfigured batch jobs as-is, or extend them to meet your business needs.
Required Editions

that have Rebate Management enabled.
How Are Rebate Payouts Calculated? Review the necessary steps to calculate rebate payouts for the members in a rebate program. Transaction Journal records are used as the input for calculation, and the output is stored in Rebate Member Payout records.
Calculate Rebate Payouts with Data Processing Engine Use Data Processing Engine (DPE) definitions to transform data stored in various standard or custom objects in your org and to write back the results to a target object. Query, filter, and aggregate Transaction Journal records for rebate calculation. Choose the correct DPE definition for your use case. Clone and customize predefined definitions or create a definition, and then activate the definitions.
Traceability with Rebate Member Aggregate Items Transaction journals are linked to rebate member product aggregates through the Rebate Member Aggregate Item. This linkage provides visibility into the origin of total quantities and transaction amounts.
Automate Rebate Payout Calculation Processes with Flows and Batch Management Automate the rebate calculation process with configurable predefined flows. Schedule the flows at regular intervals. Use predefined flow actions to customize the rebate process as required. Configure an end-to-end orchestration flow to manage the rebate lifecycle. Use Batch Management capabilities to process a large number of filtered and aggregated transaction records in manageable chunks.
