            Switch To and From The Offline App

            Learn how to launch and exit the Offline App from the Salesforce Mobile App.

            Required Editions

            Setup for Mobile Offline available in: Lightning Experience
            User Permissions Needed
            To use Mobile Offline Mobile Offline for Salesforce Mobile App Plus

            Launch the Offline App

            1. To open the app menu, tap Menu.
            2. Tap App Launcher.
            3. Select Offline App in the App Launcher.

            The Offline App loads and displays the Landing Page.

            Exit the Offline App

            1. Tap the menu in the top left.
            2. Select a different Lightning App from the App Launcher, change accounts, or log out.

            All three actions exit the Offline App. When you log in again, you’re taken to the standard Salesforce Mobile App experience.
