Save, Publish, or Unpublish a Configuration

Save a draft or publish your configuration so users can see the landing page in their Salesforce Mobile App.

Selecting Save when the landing page hasn’t been published saves a draft.

After you’ve published, your users can see the landing page on their mobile devices. Any saved changes are immediately published to users; there’s no longer a “draft” state.

Selecting Unpublish removes user access to the custom-configured landing page and users see the pro-code default landing page that previously existed.

You can schedule Publish and Unpublish for a later date.

Edit Your Custom Configuration

Improve existing configurations to better suit your users’ needs.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Mobile Builder, and then select Mobile Builder for Salesforce Mobile App.
  2. Open the builder for editing. Take one of these actions.
    1. In the App Configurations pane, click the dropdown next to the selected configuration, and then select Edit App Configuration.
    2. Click the app name.

The Mobile Builder for Salesforce Mobile App user interface opens.
