Optimize Recipes That Use the Local Salesforce Connection

Improve the performance of recipes run after a local Salesforce object sync by choosing to optimize the synced data. Optimization is available for full, periodic full, and incremental syncs.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available with Salesforce Data Pipelines, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
          Note
Note After enabling optimization, you must run a full sync on the object to ensure all data is present.
          1. In Data Manager, go to the Connections tab.
          2. Under SFDC_LOCAL, click the object that you want to optimize data syncs for.
Optimized syncs are limited to 5 objects at a time. Objects that have optimized syncs enabled are noted in the Optimized for Recipe column.

          3. On the Data Sync Settings tab, select Optimize data sync for future runs and save.
