          Send Survey Invitations Using Flows

          Send Survey Invitations Using Flows

Use Flow Builder to automatically email survey invitations to leads, contacts, and users in your org based on a condition, such as when a customer support case closes. While flows send survey email invitations by default using the standard Salesforce email service, which has daily sending limits, you can also send them directly through Marketing Cloud. This is an ideal use case when you need to send a high volume of survey email invitations, as it allows you to reach a wider range of audience and exceed the 5,000 daily email limit.
