          Agentforce and generative AI are now built directly into Salesforce Suites. Turn your data into actionable insights and get help with time-consuming tasks like meeting preparation, drafting emails, and updating records.

          Starter and Pro Suite get access to Agentforce, where you can chat with an agent in plain language, just like you would a teammate. For example, if you ask, "Summarize the Acme account," the agent instantly pulls that information together into a simple summary that identifies the opportunities linked to Acme, key facts, recent cases, and so on. This saves you the time of digging through a large number of records and synthesizing the information yourself.

          Free, Starter, and Pro Suite get access to generative AI. Use generative AI to turn dense activity history into clear, concise summaries, so teams instantly understand what’s happening. Prepare for meetings and surface actionable insights by getting AI-powered summaries directly within the record.           Don't let valuable customer insights get lost in recordings. Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) now brings AI insights to Starter and Pro Suite. Automatically analyze voice and video calls to extract key information like customer sentiment and follow-up tasks. It’s the easiest way to keep your CRM data rich and your post-call admin low.

          If you’ve already integrated your video providers with Salesforce, ECI is ready to go. To get started, simply connect your preferred video provider (like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams) from the Home app. After an admin configures the provider, end users will need to link their accounts to start getting their transcribed calls processed by ECI.
