Protected health information

The features included with Agentforce for Suites are not covered by the Business Associate Addendum Restrictions. You may not enable any Agentforce or generative AI features that could result in the submission or use of protected health information.

Custom user profiles

If you’ve created a custom user profile, you must add the required AI licenses (PSLs) and Permission Sets to the profile.
