Trailblazer Recovery Accounts
Connect your Trailblazer account to another email account or social login as a recovery account.

Don’t lose access to your Trailblazer account if you change jobs and can’t log in to that email address or Salesforce account anymore. Add a personal email address or social account as a recovery account so you never lose access to your Trailblazer account.
If you log in with a Salesforce or social account, you can also log in with the email address associated with that Salesforce or social account. It’s like a bonus login method! But it’s not a recovery account.
Set Up a Trailblazer Recovery Account
So that you always have access to your Trailblazer account, connect a social login or a second email account.
When you create a Trailblazer account, or log in to Trailblazer and haven’t connected a recovery account, you’re prompted to connect one. Click any of the recovery account methods provided and follow the onscreen steps.
If you skip this step, you can still connect a recovery account through your Trailblazer account settings.
- Click your profile pic on the upper right.
- Click Settings.
- Click to add a personal email or social account and follow the onscreen steps.
Add as many Salesforce, email, or social accounts as you like, so you can log in to Trailblazer with any of them. If you change your mind, you can disconnect a connected account.
