Review the tier assignment of members at regular intervals and at the end of the tier
period to check whether members are eligible for a tier upgrade based on their current
qualifying points balance. You can either use a loyalty program process or a flow to upgrade the
tier of the eligible members.

Configure a Tier Assessment Process Loyalty program managers can define the minimum point balance that members require to be eligible for each tier in a tier group. A loyalty program process is automatically created based on the eligible point balance that the loyalty program manager has specified for each tier. The loyalty program process assesses and changes member tier based on the current qualifying point balance of members. If a member’s tier expiration date has passed, the process reassigns the member to the applicable tier based on their current point balance.
Assess Member Tier by Using Loyalty Program Process Configure a Tier Processing type loyalty program process to change the tier of your members. To help assess and change member tiers based on your required schedule, use a Batch Management job to run the tier change process.
Assess Member Tier by Using Flows Configure a flow to assess and upgrade the tier of members. Use Data Processing Engine to find the members who are eligible for a tier upgrade and a decision table to choose the tier that an eligible member can be upgraded to.
