Trust Status is the Salesforce website for learning about the availability and performance of your Salesforce products.

Note The Trust Status site shows data from instances for all Salesforce products. For Agentforce 360 Platform, Data 360, Salesforce AI, and Marketing Cloud Engagement—and for production environments only, Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, and Salesforce Industries—use the Salesforce My Trust Center site.   Trust notifications are near-real-time email or SMS notifications about service issues, maintenance events, and product releases posted to Trust Status. Subscribe to Trust notifications to receive information about the events that affect your products and services. You can receive notifications by email, SMS, or both.
