          Note
Note If you don’t have edit access for this page or can’t edit specific fields, contact your Salesforce admin.
          1. From your personal settings, in the Quick Find box, enter Personal, then select Personal Information.
          2. Make your changes.

If you change your email, a confirmation message is sent to the new address. For the new email address to take effect, click the link in the message. This process ensures system security.

          3. Save your changes.

Keep these considerations in mind when working with your personal information.

          • Your username and email can be different. Your username is part of your login credentials. Your email is used for communications, so it’s important to keep it up to date.
          • The value in the Manager field is related to the company hierarchy set up in your org. To change the Manager field, contact your Salesforce admin.
          • If your updated information reverts to its old values shortly after you make the edits, your personal information could be sourced from somewhere else. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.
