          Edit Your Meeting and Availability Settings

          Specify when you’re available for meetings. When you invite someone to choose a meeting time, they see available times only for the hours you set. These meeting settings are used when you select Add Scheduling Link or Add Next 3 Available Times in an email with Outlook or Gmail email integration or Salesforce’s email

          Required Editions

          1. From your personal settings, in the Quick Find box, enter Meeting Settings, and then select Meeting Settings.
            Set meeting settings.
          2. Make your changes.
            Event Title The default meeting title, shown in your calendar.
            Duration The meeting duration plus the buffer time is the total time needed for a meeting. The total time affects which meeting slots are shown to users when you send them a scheduling link. It also determines which slots are inserted when you select Next 3 Available Times or Email Meeting Times in the dynamic activity composer.
            Buffer Time How much time you want between meetings. Use this time to wrap up or prepare for the next meeting.
            Event Location A reusable video conferencing link or a physical location.
            Description An overview of your meeting. For example, enter “Discuss how our product can meet your needs.”
