View Member Benefits

You can view member benefit details, the status of benefits, and the records created or updated by Benefit Actions.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Developer, and Unlimited Editions that have Loyalty Management enabled.
  1. On the Loyalty Programs tab, open the loyalty program record.
  2. On the Setup tab, click Loyalty Program Members.
  3. Select a loyalty program member, and click View Member Benefits. 

    It lists the benefits available to a member based on the member’s tier assignments.

  4. Click Close.
