            View and Track Member Promotions

            View the promotions offered to a member in the loyalty program. For Cumulative type promotions, you can track the member's progress towards achieving the promotion's target usage.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management - Growth or Loyalty Management - Advanced

            You can view the list of promotions assigned to a member on the Loyalty Program Member Promotion related list of a Loyalty Program Member record. From the related list, you can create a Loyalty Program Member Promotion record to associate a promotion with the member. For cumulative promotions, you can view and update the member's progress towards achieving the promotion target on the Loyalty Program Member Promotion record.

            These are the key fields of a Loyalty Program Member Promotion record:

            Field Description
            Cumulative Usage Target The value which the associated member must achieve to be eligible for the promotion's fulfillment action.
            Cumulative Usage Completed The value which the associated member has achieved to date towards achieving the promotion's target.

            On achieving the target value for a cumulative promotion, members must be rewarded based on the fulfillment action of the promotion. Use the Apply Promotions template flow to apply promotions for eligible transactions.

            Tip
            Tip To automate the process of associating a cumulative promotion to a member or updating a member's cumulative promotion progress, use the Update Progress For Cumulative Promotion Usage action in Flows. The action is added by default in the Apply Promotions template flow.
