The rich, tagged consumption data, captured in the TenantEnrichedUsageEvent Data Lake Object (DLO), forms the foundation for the provided (out-of-the-box) Consumption Insights and Consumption Analytics dashboards. And because these reports are built using this Digital Wallet DLO, you don’t incur any costs when viewing and refreshing the data associated with the provided dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Share Consumption Tags for Enhanced Support
  Share your consumption tags data to receive enhanced support and maximize your Salesforce investment. By default, your Digital Wallet consumption tags are private. You can opt to share this data to unlock enhanced support, tailored recommendations, and strategic guidance based on your specific usage patterns.
• Consumption Insights Dashboard (Data 360 Reports)
  As part of Data Cloud provisioning, the Consumption Insights dashboard is installed. This Data 360 dashboard contains several predefined (out-of-the-box) reports that were built using standard consumption tags. How you complete the configuration to view the reports depends on if you're a new or existing Data 360 customer.
• Consumption Analytics Dashboard (Tableau Next)
  The Consumption Analytics dashboard, powered by Tableau Next, provides deeper and actionable usage insights. It enables you to drill down to granular analysis for standard consumption tags, for example, flex credits usage per agent or action, and Data 360 consumption by resource.

  For enterprises running Agentforce, tracking consumption by agent, action and usage type might not be enough. But how do you know which Generative AI (GenAI) prompt for Flex Credits is generating the highest consumption? You build a Data 360 report that breaks down consumption by GenAI prompt.
• Build Custom Reports Using Standard Consumption Tags
  Beyond the predefined reports, the underlying tagged data in Data 360 provides more tailored insights through the TenantEnrichedUsageEvent data lake object (DLO). You can create your own custom reports and dashboards based on your unique business needs.
• Export Data from a Digital Wallet Data 360 Report
  To analyze Digital Wallet consumption data in an external business intelligence (BI) tool, you can export the data from one of our Data 360 pre-defined reports or a custom Data 360 report built on the TenantEnrichedUsageEvent data lake object (DLO).
