          Set Up Application Approval Template

          To set up the application approval template, you must add users to the queue, clone and publish action plan templates, add the action plans list component to the individual applications page, and add approval history to the individual applications page.

          1. Add users to queues.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Queues, and then click Queues.
            2. Click New.
            3. Create these queues with their assigned objects:
              Label Queue Name Supported Objects
              Portfolio Managers Portfolio_Managers Task
              Program Analysts Program_Analysts Task
              Program Managers Program_Managers Individual Application, Task
            4. Under Queue Members, select the users in your org that you want to add to the respective queues.
            5. Save your changes.
          2. Clone the sample action plan templates, Verify Program Application and Verify High Incentive Program Application. See Clone Action Plan Templates.
          3. Publish the cloned action plan templates.
            1. From the Action Plan Template, click Publish Template.
            2. Click Publish.
              Note
              Note You cannot edit or delete an action plan template after it is published; you can only deactivate it. If you deactivate an action plan template, you cannot activate it again.
          4. View the action plan list in individual application records.
            1. In the App Launcher, enter Individual, and then click Individual Applications.
            2. Click a record on the Individual Applications page.
            3. Click Setup | Edit Page.
            4. In Components, search for Action PLan List.
            5. Drag Action Plan List to the right side of the page.
            6. Save your changes.
          5. View the approval history on the individual application page.
            1. In Setup, click Object Manager.
            2. In the Quick Find box, enter Individual Application, and then click Individual Application.
            3. Click Page Layout.
            4. Click Related Lists.
            5. Drag Approval History to the layout.
            6. Save your changes.
          6. In the orgs that use versions earlier than Energy and Utilities Winter '24, set up the application form template object.
            1. In Setup, click Object Manager.
            2. In the Quick Find box, enter Application Form, and then click Application Form Template.
            3. Click Fields & Relationships.
            4. Click Approval Flow Name.
            5. Click View Field Accessibility.
            6. Set the Field Access to at least Visible for Energy Self Service Customer Community User, and other applicable personas in your org.
            7. Save your changes.
