Microsoft Office 365 認証方法の Microsoft Graph へのアップグレード
Microsoft は、2026 年 10 月に Microsoft Office 365 の Exchange Web Services (EWS) を廃止します。 EWS は Microsoft Graph API に置き換えられます。Einstein Activity Capture、Inbox、Lightning Syncの認証方法をアップグレードして、Microsoft Graphを使用してサービスの中断を回避します。

Einstein 活動キャプチャでの Microsoft グラフ認証 Spring '26以降、Microsoft Office 365を使用するように設定されたEinstein活動キャプチャは、Microsoftグラフを使用して自動的に認証されます。Spring '26より前にMicrosoft Office 365を使用するようにEinstein活動キャプチャを設定している場合は、サービスの中断を回避するために2026年8月までにMicrosoft Graphにアップグレードしてください。
