          Advanced Promotions Key Objects

          To set up and run advanced promotions, use Advanced Promotion objects.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Professional, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

          Objects under Advanced Promotions
          Object API Name Description
          Account Account Information on customers with whom you conduct your business. An account can be a retailer, distributor, wholesaler, or consumer.
          Advanced Promotion cgcloud__Promotion__c Agreements between a manufacturer and a customer to increase revenue and market share by using temporary price reductions or in-store displays.
          Customer Set cgcloud__Account_Set__c Set of customers who perform similar activities such as promotion, pricing, or activities. You can manually create a customer set, integrate it through an external system, or add it via segmentation rules.
          Product Product2 Product details and related information, such as product parts, product conditions, unit of measure, product managers, and warehouses.
          Promotion Push Status cgcloud__Promotion_Push_Status__c Status and statistics for each push process for promotions. Applicable only for promotions that you select for the push process.
          Promotion Template cgcloud__Promotion_Template__c Determines the type of promotion your Key Account Manager (KAM) wants to create. Before a KAM creates a promotion, a business admin must create the promotion template. The KAM can use the template to create multiple promotions.
          Promotion Template Hierarchy cgcloud__Promotion_Template_Hierarchy__c Template to create promotion hierarchies that help to extend or push promotions at different levels in customer hierarchies.
          Promotion Template Tactic Template cgcloud__Promotion_Template_Tactic_Template__c Association between Promotion Template and Tactic Template.
          Tactic cgcloud__Tactic__c Lowest level of task—action-wise or procedural—to perform as a step in the running of a promotion.
          Tactic Product cgcloud__Tactic_Product__c Products of a promotion at a tactic level with details, such as quantities and hurdle classification.
          Tactic Template cgcloud__Tactic_Template__c Template to create a tactic. A tactic controls the behavior of a promotion.
